• Freedom to select from thousands of low-cost & institutional investment products to meet your needs. No company biases due to compensation incentives for selling certain products. Only you, the client, compensates this Fee-Only Fiduciary advisor.

• Knowledge of Tax ramifications for investment transactions (IRA, Roth IRA, SIMPLE IRA, Variable Annuities, 401(k), 457, 403(b) and other tax-favored accounts can be managed effectively) and the ability to handle individual tax returns in addition to investment management by the same CPA advisor.

• Lower fees of 1.60% of Assets Under Management for household accounts of $500,000 or more (greater discounts for larger accounts) includes 4 hours per year (average 1 hour each quarter) of CPA tax return preparation, any tax/financial/retirement/estate planning services as the need arises. Hours not used that year can be donated by clients to other individuals or organizations in the same year who could use consulting time for “Office Hours with a CPA” Fiduciary Investment Advisor. 

Other consulting services with free estimates are also available for customized projects based on $300/Hour for Investment/Financial planning & $100/Hour for Tax return preparation & Business setup administration.
